Delivery and Returns


Any items where the order was made before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, provided the item is in stock. We check stock levels on a daily basis so delayed dispatch dates are a rarity, and tend to only affect high-volume purchases. We will not be able to change your delivery address once your order has been placed.

If there is a delay in your dispatch date we will inform you with a wait time as soon as we are made aware, and we will also offer you an alternative product or a refund. This does not include repair turnaround time.

We will send you tracking details once your item has been dispatched – All UK orders as sent via Reputable recognised courier. Orders from outside the UK may incur additional charges.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so before the product has been dispatched. Following your cancellation, you will receive a refund of all money paid.


At iMobile, we offer a 30-day refund policy, whereby you can return a product up to 30 days after your purchase. To be eligible for a refund on an undamaged product the item must be unopened and still in its shrink wrap. You must pay for the return postage and provide us with the proof of postage. We can only accept unopened returns unless the item is faulty.
