iMobile provides 24 months warranty on all devices with some exceptions as detailed below.
This warranty excludes the following:
Physical Broken/Damage
Liquid Damage
Accidental Damage
Any damage caused by software tempering
If any phone part is replaced/opened
We offer a 24-month warranty on all repairs, except for batteries, which come with a 6-month warranty. Any parts installed during repairs are covered for a minimum of 6 months.
Note: We recommend that you backup your data before submitting your device for repair or return.
While we take great care during repairs and in most cases your data remains safe, in rare situations depending on the nature of the fault or damage, data loss may occur.
iMobile will not be held responsible for any loss of data.
We only accept returns with a valid proof of purchase. The item must be returned with all accessories and box.
We test all return items before any refund, repair or replacement.
Unwanted Product Policy
The Customer is entitled to return an unwanted device within 3 days of sale for a refund to a voucher.
Refund will be issued if the item is returned in the same condition as sold.
