• Are you partners with Apple?

    No, we are not affiliated with Apple. We are an independent repairer and will only repair devices which are out of warranty.

  • Do you use parts that come direct from the device manufacturer?

    We do not use parts direct form the manufacturer, nor does any repair company who are not authorised by Apple as Apple don’t sell genuine parts to third party companies. Instead we use re-manufactured parts and replacement parts from third parties, but we ensure that all the parts we use are or the highest quality and meet our required spec.

  • Some other repair shops are cheaper. Why shouldn’t I use them?

    Unlike some other repair shops, at iMobile, we don’t cut corners. We use only high-quality parts, and all repairs are carried out by a fully trained and experienced repair technician.

  • Will I still be charged if you don’t fix my device?

    No you won’t charged as we offer no fix no fee service.

  • If you fix my device will I keep my manufacturer warranty?

    No. Repairs carried out by third parties will void your manufacturer’s warranty, however we do provide our own warranty for the repairs we carry out.

  • Can you repair my device without your password?

    In order to fully complete our post-repair test to make sure everything is working we would need your device password. Keeping in line with our data protection policy we will not access any of the personal data on your device.

  • Do you need my contact details?

    We do not need your contact details to carry out your repair, just your device password. We would, however, use your contact details to call you when your device is fixed and ready for pickup.

  • Can you repair devices form manufactures other than Samsung and Apple?

    Yes. Our experienced technicians are able to work on a wide range of devices, however we will only take on a repair task that we are 100% confident we can successfully complete. Please get in touch with us if you cannot see your device and issue listed.

  • My device needs to be reset to factory settings (DFU restore) – can I avoid losing all my data?

    When your phone is reset you will lose all the locally stored data. However, if your data is backed up to the cloud you should be able to restore it from there.

  • Can you fix touch ID on a home button?

    We can fix the home button functionality on your device, but cannot offer a repair on the functionality of the touch ID.

  • Can you fix a device which has previously been fixed by somebody else?

    We generally don’t offer this service as the previous repair may have caused some damage. There is however some circumstances where we would consider the repair so please feel free to enquire.

  • Are you able to repair devices that have suffered from water damage?

    We cannot provide a warranty for repair done on a water damaged device as the water damage may have created dormant issues that are not visible at the time of testing. If we do make an exception to this we require that the customer signs a disclaimer before repairs.

  • Can you fix the device using parts that I provide?

    No. As we cannot guarantee the quality of parts we do not purchase ourselves we will only carry out repairs using our own parts.

  • Can you transfer my data over to a new device?

    Yes we can do that for you.
